The Steadings Business Centre is a unique development formed from a large and varied group of old farm buildings. The largest part of these are the Victorian Model Farm buildings built out of Severn Valley bricks and Welsh slate in 1860. There is also an imaginative conversion of a 100 year old Dutch Barn.
All this is set in open countryside on the edge of Maisemore alongside the Parish Church and approached via an avenue of lime trees, with a large lake and the river Severn nearby. Nonetheless, the Centre is only 5 minutes from the middle of Gloucester and 20 minutes from Cheltenham, with easy access to Gloucester's Northern bypass and the M5. It is just 500 metres from the A417 Ledbury road and has ample safe parking close to each office.
The owners live in Maisemore Court adjoining the Centre keeping a close eye on the comings and goings night and day. Currently one of the tenants is a 24 hour security firm.
Heating is provided from the farm's own boiler fuelled by oilseed rape straw, together with office waste thus saving the equivalent of 200 tons of oil per annum. The environmental benefits far outweigh that which any amount of paper recycling could achieve.
The site is served by a lunch delivery van, evening post collection and the usual courier services.
If your staff like a bit of fresh air during the lunch break, there are pleasant short walks, and seats in the courtyards or by the lake. The White Hart Inn is only 5 minutes walk away.
This family run Business Centre aims to offer the best possible combination of personal service, convenience, security, attractive surroundings and sustainable operation.
