Pear Tree Cottage is a delightful luxury detached cottage situated in the village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast, a short drive from Burnham Market .

The cottage has rear views of the salt marshes, harbour and sea beyond.  There is an enclosed courtyard garden at the rear of the house and there is off road parking for 2 cars.

This stylish accommodation has been recently refurbished to a high standard and includes all mod cons.

The cottage sleeps 6 people.  No dogs and no smoking within the house.



 


 





 

Walnut Cottage is a lovely farm cottage located on an arable farm on the outskirts of Burnham Market within easy reach of some beautiful beaches and bird watching areas.

The cottage has recently undergone a 'make over' and encompasses comfort and practicality.  It is well equipped to a high standard.

There is a large enclosed garden with off road parking and boat space!

Sleeps 5.  One well-behaved pet welcome but no smoking within the house.
 

For summer holidays each of these cottages enjoy close proximity to many lovely beaches, boating areas, splendid coastal walks.

In the quieter months, there is still much to do and see.  The autumn migration of the pink footed geese is a wonderful sight.  With many local pubs offering log fires, cosy surroundings and good food, the Norfolk coast makes a lovely place to relax and unwind.

For those wishing to shop, especially prior to Christmas, Burnham Market with its beautiful village lights and decorations offer a magical backdrop with a large variety of gift and clothes/hat shops for your Christmas shopping.
