Stress is your wake-up call to live more fully & skilfully!

you have just the right amount of stress that you need...
if it is debilitating, this dysfunction is your mind and body's attempt to deter you from investing further energy in doing the wrong things right and the right things wrong, while completely omitting to meet some of your vital needs

 

OK - it makes sense, but what should I do?

 

Step 1 is to drop the word should - it is so disempowering

 

What you could do - if it feels right for you...
is to start considering the choices that are open to you right now
or you could consider a stepwise approach to dealing with your current stress. If your stress is severe right now, take a look at my suggestions for emergency action
If you need some inspiration, try considering how stress opens up opportunities for healing and personal development
